About Renee Burroughs

Owner & Designer

With over 35 years of experience and over 2,000 weddings under her belt, Renee Burroughs is a wedding florist who knows her stuff. She started her career in high school, mentored by an amazing group of designers who instilled in her a passion for sharing and learning.

She created her namesake business in 2006 and quickly became one of the top wedding florists in the Greenville, SC area.

Today she oversees the multi-event production studio and leads a talented team of women. Together, they are dedicated to creating floral designs that are unique and reflective to each couple.

Renee lives in the serenity of country life in Pendleton, South Carolina with her husband, Scotty. She’s not from the south, but she came as quickly as she could!

A family business, built across generations

Morgan and Micah Burroughs are third-generation designers and the next generation of leadership at Renee Burroughs Design. They grew up in this work, in this studio, surrounded by weddings their whole lives. The trust you place in this studio is trust in a family that's been doing this together for decades, and a legacy that's still being written.

Morgan Burroughs

Morgan's been designing with us for 10 years, which means she's seen just about everything a wedding day can throw at a florist and handled it with grace.

She holds a BA in theatrical design and brings a multimedia artist's eye to every event. She's also an avid grandma hobbyist, a seasoned global traveler, an avid skydiver, a banana bread baddie, and the unofficial personal chef for her friends.

Micah Burroughs

Micah has been hanging off ladders installing greenery and florals since before he could drive. He's a big-picture thinker with a vision for every event project—the kind of person you want in the room when things need to come together beautifully and on time.

Fashion-minded when he wants to be, in his farm clothes the rest of the time. When he's not working, he and his wife Kathleen enjoy growing their farm—adding new animals with the enthusiasm of collectors.
